Avalon Farm Butchery, opened in early 2024 on the grounds of The Newt in Somerset, is a fine showcase of traditional craftsmanship paired with contemporary design. Situated at the heart of Avalon Farm, home to a herd of 400 British White beef cattle this purpose-built facility combines durability with hygiene-focused detailing. We installed high-performance roofing and cladding systems tailored for food production, complemented by PPC aluminium accents to deliver a clean, modern aesthetic. This development supports the farm’s focus on quality and sustainability, offering a striking yet functional environment that reflects its roots and enhances the visitor experience.
