As part of the £52m Dartmoor Building development at Derriford Hospital, progressive delivered the roofing and cladding package on this major healthcare facility, completed in December 2025.
The new building brings the Urgent Treatment Centre, Fracture Clinic, and Outpatients together under one roof, easing that pressure and freeing up vital space for a future Emergency Care Centre.
The project was also shortlisted for Project of the Year (over £10m) at the Michelmores Property Awards.
