Working alongside Morgan Sindall, progressive delivered the full roofing and cladding package for the new Liskeard Hub, with works starting in July 2024 ahead of the building opening in May 2026.
Built on the former Liskeard Cattle Market site, the hub brings a range of key public services together in one central location.
The building includes the Family Hub, Registrars, Adult Education, Safe and Wellbeing services, and the Department for Work and Pensions, creating a space designed to better support the local community.
Designed to meet CarbonLite standards, the project places a strong focus on reducing embodied carbon while improving long term energy efficiency.
