As one of the leading roofing and cladding contractors in the south west, we have created an apprenticeship scheme to provide opportunities for local people and to ensure continuity in well-trained, skilled labour for our sector for years to come.
Working alongside Greenlight Safety & Training, our Roofing and Cladding Site Installer Apprenticeship is approved by the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) – currently the only one of its kind locally.
We also work with Exeter College providing administrative apprenticeships and T-Levels, and we’re a partner of Building Greater Exeter, recruiting students through careers fairs and school visits. We offer people a pathway into an established workforce and a recognised qualification in the industry.
