The progressive Apprenticeship Scheme gives you a recognised qualification in a trade and the chance to experience on-the-job training within a safe and supported environment.
Working with three training bodies in the south west, we are the only local provider offering a Roofing and Cladding Site Installer Apprenticeship approved by the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB). We also provide office-based apprenticeships and T-Levels, which focus on putting you in the workplace for real-life experience.
We currently have apprentices signed up and working from across the south west, and we’ve pledged to create more apprenticeship placements next year.
Nothing at all. In fact, you’re paid to learn. Just like other apprenticeships, our schemes are fully funded. You can apply for Government funding that covers up to 100% of the programme cost, which is arranged via the training partner. In some cases, grants from the CITB are also available.
Roofing and cladding are currently under-served areas of the construction industry, which means there are huge opportunities on offer. And it’s a trade that can offer higher earning potential than some traditional trades.
Apprenticeships are real jobs which means you’re paid while you learn.
Learn from the most experienced providers in the business. Gain contacts and develop transferable skills through on-the-job training.
Experience, qualifications, and background are no barriers. An apprenticeship can kick-start your career.
All you need are English and Maths at a Pass level. However, if you didn’t get the grades, you get another chance to gain them alongside your apprenticeship.
Choosing an apprenticeship is your first step toward a great career. You can acquire the specific hands-on skills that employers are looking for.
Gain a real sense of satisfaction knowing you are actively working towards building your future.
