Hermes, now Evri, had purchased an empty unit in Plymouth to be converted into a new distribution centre for the South-West. They had a set date for when they wanted the site to be operational which meant a tight programme.

Working direct for the building owner, this luxurious new garden building has a cold roof with single ply, standing seam profiles and PPC aluminium fascias and guttering.

Bristol contractor Karesa asked us to strip and re-sheet their commercial building in Taunton. The building had been extended in the past, and therefore had two different types of roof covering, asbestos, and metal roof sheets.

The building owners contacted us directly to refurbish the roof of their Hi Bay building, which houses storage racking, at the Airport Business Centre in Plymouth.

Winslade House is a multi-use development having office spaces, conference facilities, and a restaurant. As part of the redevelopment of the estate, including the adjoining manor house, two large roof terraces required renovation for use by office staff and customers of the restaurant.

Sikalastic was specified on this project, with one area located under a green roof, so a suitable product was needed.

The main contractor needed a cold-applied, liquid roofing system installed on multiple roofs of this new build project.

This homeowner had an old felt roof over their kitchen, and wanted to convert the space into a balcony where they could sit out during the summer to enjoy the view over Meadfoot beach.

DPD’s purpose-built super depot was a huge investment for the company. Located at Skypark business park near Exeter Airport, the depot needed to be a practical building, large enough to house a vast number of parcels, with the capacity to accommodate its growing workforce.

We overcame post-pandemic material shortages for these logistical warehouses on the outskirts of Exeter. These are an example of standard warehouse buildings, whose classic design has a nice use of both horizontal and vertical cladding.

The new 190m depot building, which opened in 2021, runs adjacent to the station so it is very visible to the public. This houses a three-storey block accommodating staff and facilities, opposite platform 6 of St David’s station.

Northgate Yard is the culmination of many years of planning for a much-needed entertainment and dining hub for Bridgwater. Led and funded by Sedgemoor District Council, this 40,000 square foot scheme was created for the local community and economy.

Our whole team, in particular our in-house design team. is proud of this high-quality refurbishment project. Winning awards for its architect, this project is also widely featured in much of Euroclad’s product literature as a showcase project.

We’ve worked alongside Thatcher’s throughout their expansion, and this is the latest in an extensive line of buildings we have completed at their Sandford site.

The prestigious Sandy Park is home to Exeter Chiefs. Having installed the cladding and roof to the original west stand in 2005, were called upon again by Interserve to work on an extension to the stand in 2014.

This award-winning project features unique gold cladding, which we hired a local company to supply and install for us. Also, a focal timber feature, the support system of which was designed by our in-house team.

The Plymouth School for Creative Arts is a show-stopping, multi-module building. The flame red Vieo sheets used to clad the façade were the first of their kind, and this stunning project also features on Euroclad’s website.

While they have amazing sea views, the seaside location of these prestigious beach-front apartments dictated that we should install a long-lasting roofing system.

The new Ibis hotel in Bridgwater is the largest internationally branded hotel in the town. The hotel features the Vieo standing seam wall system, which creates a striking and sophisticated architectural design.

We were asked to take on the flagship Range HQ by a local developer in Plymouth. This building incorporates multiple roofing and wall disciplines creating an excellent aesthetic appearance.
