Remove the existing felt build up, installation of full Westwood warm roof and balcony system with ‘Tile Effect’ finish
This homeowner had an old felt roof over their kitchen, and wanted to convert the space into a balcony where they could sit out during the summer to enjoy the view over Meadfoot beach. Whilst we were working on the project, we upgraded the insulation thickness, increasing the thermal efficiency of the roof. The client was pleased with the excellent finish of the job.
