This roof was 50% existing metal sheets and 50% Fibre Cement (Asbestos)
Stripped back to the existing metal frame
New composite roof panels
Internal cladding to parapet
New cladding to the walls
New membrane lined gutters
PPC Aluminium soffits.
Bristol contractor Karesa asked us to strip and re-sheet their commercial building in Taunton. The building had been extended in the past, and therefore had two different types of roof covering, asbestos, and metal roof sheets. The two types of roof covering had to be treated separately in the way they were removed and disposed of. Then, a new metal composite roof panel was installed, along with new gutters, internal parapet cladding, wall cladding, and aluminium soffits.
