Sweep up all the loose chippings and remove from the roof.
Mechanically fix new insulation boards.
Overlay with new single ply membrane.
Install new polycarb rooflights.
Perimeter upstand encapsulated with new metal cladding.
The building owners contacted us directly to refurbish the roof of their Hi Bay building, which houses storage racking, at the Airport Business Centre in Plymouth.
The existing felt roof had exceeded its life expectancy and needed replacing, and stripping the existing roof covering was not an option as the building was still operational. Therefore, an overlay was carried out.
