Winslade House is a multi-use development having office spaces, conference facilities, and a restaurant. As part of the redevelopment of the estate, including the adjoining manor house, two large roof terraces required renovation for use by office staff and customers of the restaurant. This entailed stripping the existing asphalt covering and installing Westwood’s full build-up and a ‘tile effect’ finish.
This project has been nominated for Liquid Roofing Project of the Year under 1000m² for the LRWA Awards 2023.
