We overcame post-pandemic material shortages for these logistical warehouses on the outskirts of Exeter. These are an example of standard warehouse buildings, whose classic design has a nice use of both horizontal and vertical cladding. Due to material shortages and the short timescales of this program, we used a new supplier to fulfil the project. ISG spoke to us early and we nailed the design quickly.
