Andy, AKA ‘smithy’ has been with progressive since he was 18, straight out of college.

He cares passionately about taking progressive forwards and is a great laugh, but serious when it comes to the business. Starting as a trainee AutoCAD technician back in 2004, Andy’s worked his way up the ranks to become a director, and a key member of progressive’s management team today.

Outside of work Andy is always trying something new but his true loves are BBQing, live music and spending time with his 2 children.
