Nathan’s been in the cladding game since 1997 when he started as a fixers mate. He later spent 3 years working up to a gang leader, before working for progressive as a subcontractor. In 2008 he joined the progressive team as a site manager, working his way up to contracts manager, then senior contracts manager, before becoming a director. Nathan prides himself in delivering a fantastic service to our clients while bringing a smile to their faces.

Nathan starts his day at 4am with a workout to keep the gut off! When he’s not working, he loves just spending time with his family and can be found at the beach every weekend supporting his eldest daughter while she masters the art of surfing. You can have quite a laugh watching Nathan have a go! A very hands-on person, he also likes getting his hands dirty with small building projects.

Warm-hearted Nathan sponsors a child in Uganda, where he has promised himself to put one child through primary, secondary and college education. He’s also a monthly donor to the NSPCC.
