Starting his career with progressive back in 2002, ‘Ardware’, otherwise known as Luke, boasts two decades with the company. Luke has moved up from accounts apprentice to accountant, then accounts manager, becoming a director in 2022.

Away from work, Luke can often be found holidaying in Ibiza. He loves the party island so much that he’s been 11 times to date! Luke also loves to travel with his girlfriend, Gemma. Closer to home, you’ll find him teeing off on the golf course and attending festivals and live music gigs. Luke’s another Man U fan – how is that even possible? And, as a rugby supporter, of course, it’s the Exeter Chiefs!
